Due to the increasing cost of products, we have had to raise our prices. If the cost to us decreases, we will pass those savings onto our patrons. We strive to keep our website up to date, however prices are subject to change with little to no notice.

1. To guarantee the banquet room a $100 nonrefundable deposit is required. Tentative bookings are good for one week.
2. Please call to set up an appointment to book your function
3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the banquet room from outside the premises, nor taken off the premises.
4. Prices are subject to change; the website may not reflect current pricing.
5. All entrée selections must be made two weeks prior to your date, and a guarantee count must be called in 1 week prior to your function. Your guarantee count is the minimum you will be charged on the day of your function.
6. The Hideaway Grille has the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone. No one will be served under the age of 21.
7. Color coded cards are helpful to use on sit down dinner to determine who gets which entrée.
8. Kids meals are available.
9. The Hideaway Grille and its staff are not responsible for lost or left behind items
10. All Tax-exempt organizations must have their forms prior to payment
11. Acceptable methods of payment for function are cash, check (w/credit card #), money order, or credit card
12. A 20% service fee along with sales tax is added to food and beverage on the check.
14. Tuesday-Thursday minimum 25 people. Friday daytime (finished before 3pm) minimum 25 people. Saturday afternoon minimum 30 people, Saturday evening minimum 50 people. Sunday and Monday banquets require a minimum of fourty (40) guests.
15. We allow balloons, center peices and most decorations, but please no confetti or streamers. Tape may be used on wood and thumb tacks may be used on the walls. Thank you in advance.
